That's completely normal, and most clients feel this way before their first shoot! I create a relaxed, low-pressure environment where you can ease into the session at your own pace. By the end, most clients forget the camera is even there.

Absolutely. You're encouraged to share mood boards, Pinterest pins, or any reference photos ahead of time. The more I know about your vision, the better I can tailor the session to you. Please note that all photos will still be shot and edited in my signature style — inspiration photos simply help me understand your vision and what you're drawn to, not a blueprint to replicate exactly.

RAW files are not provided under any circumstances. The editing is an integral part of my artistic process — what you receive are finished, polished images that reflect my style and standards. You're not paying for an unfinished product!

By default yes — clients grant portfolio and marketing usage rights by signing the contract, which includes a clause on model release. If you'd prefer your photos stay private, just let me know in writing before your session. It won't affect anything.

I'm not required to keep copies more than 60 days after delivery. Download and back up your gallery as soon as you get it — I'd recommend saving to both your computer and a cloud service like Google Drive or iCloud just to be safe. If you really lost your photos, it's always best to reach out and ask!

Every image you receive has already been carefully edited — color grading, exposure correction, skin tone balancing, and minimal retouching — all done in my editorial style, which you can get a feel for by browsing my portfolio. I edit to my aesthetic standard, so my style is part of what you're booking. As part of standard retouching, I'll take care of temporary things that would naturally go away on their own — a bruise, a blemish, a scratch. Things that are a permanent part of you — beauty marks, moles, freckles — stay, because those are part of what makes you look like you. If something specific is bothering you after delivery, I'm happy to hear it — the more clearly you can describe it, the better. Something like "the shadows on my face feel a little heavy here" is something I can work with at no extra charge. General feelings about how you look in photos are something I completely understand — but it's worth knowing that your gallery has already been carefully curated. Every image I deliver is one I've handpicked as the best from our session — unflattering angles, awkward expressions, and frames where the light wasn't doing you justice have already been left out before you ever see them. What's in your gallery is genuinely the best of what we captured together. General discomfort with how you look in photos unfortunately isn't something editing can fix — that's where the posing and direction during our session does the heavy lifting. If you ever felt uncomfortable or unsure during the shoot, that's always worth mentioning! I always check-in with your regardless during your session to ensure that you are feeling your best. During our session, I'll sometimes show you images on my camera as we go — if something isn't working for you, that's the best time to say so. Instant feedback on the day means we can adjust in the moment rather than waiting until after delivery. Don't be shy about it! Additional retouching beyond standard editing starts at $40 per image and I'll always quote you before retouching anything.

Through a private, password-protected online gallery — high-resolution files, ready to download, print, and share whenever you're ready. Your digital files are print-ready at any size. If you'd like physical prints, your gallery includes a print ordering option where you can browse sizes and products directly. It's a lovely way to turn your favorite images into something tangible you can actually hold, frame, and put on your walls. Please note that I'm not involved in the production or shipping of physical orders — but the ordering process is simple and handled right through your gallery.
